Thanks guys for the info and the link!! i prob wont max out the red, or hopefully not if i decide to get it in the future. its deff between 1000cc-1250cc i dont really want to go bigger than that. I guess 1250cc are pretty cheap and would be great for E85 and Fp red at 30 psi. I want to try and make at least 420whp on J & S dyno

Haha idk!! J & S dyno reads really low, i made 308awhp with mods in sig so i would need another 112awhp. I dont think i could get that with just a FMIC and red. Maybe a red FMIC and cams id be around 400whp at 25psi. Id prob be around 430+ with E85 450 is my ultimate goal to be honest just 420 is nice haha

Well who did the tuning? Was it J&S or did you get one of those mail in tunes? If mail in, get a live tuner to tune it. WIth that setup, you should be in the 330s+

So I'm assuming the X fuel pumps must be more capable than the VIII pumps? Just surprised

the IX pump was more capable than the VIII due to the VIII pump having a pressure relief valve which dropped flow - The IX pump did not have this which is why we went further on mods w/ the stock IX pump before needing a whinebro

I assume the same/similar pump on the IX is used on the X so I wouldn't be to surprised

there is a good test by AMS on the different evo pumps - very informative.....sure you can find it through search.

Whinebro lol. I like how it kicks into high gear when voltage jumps. It almost sounds like its supercharged.

Heard someone was having issues with the X's on road courses.. Something about teh car would LEAN out really bad on hard bends under WOT (cant remember left or right ones) but it was starving from fuel (pump location?).. I am sure AMS figured it out since they are kicking *** in the X now..
