Yes I did miss the meet. Lets thank this ^^^^^^ guy here for telling me it was saturday. We were driving out their and everything and found out on the way it was sunday instead.

True, I didn't walk you. but you were sportin' the JDM mivec map. I'm sure I'll beat you when I dump my special knock sensor map into your car and now that I have my super special JDM+++ mivec map and 1/2 AFR leaner fuel map your dust. I predict you going out 1 car with no knock control then spitting a rod and me buzzing on by.

Also, everybody loves the 1g's. Its old, ugly, loud, and rude.

well guys, good news and bad news.

i got my clutch replaced at emage. gonna go pick it up tommorow. apperently the guy said it is considerably louder than stock.

i am pretty happy about that, but he also told me that mycatalytic converter is breaking up, and i need to replace it soon.

a little bittersweet. i may just say f**k it and go turbo back. haha.

glenn and dan, thanks for the reccomendation to emage. both the guys i have dealt with down there have been very patient and courteous, and even sent me an email yesterday to update me on the progress of my clutch install.

i will defintely be doing buisness with them in the future. good look

Might as well. Even I am about to give up. The car was hobbled on purpose from the factory to make it cheaper to insure in the US.

That strategy clearly failed.
Might as well have the power god intended the car to.

yeah, i figure there is a good chance it could be replaced under warranty.

but i was planning on getting at least a catback by mid january. now i am just going to get the computer in mid january instead of this week, and get the exhaust now.

too bad i can't write the exhaust off on my taxes though. haha.

oh hey, a quick question to you guys with aftermarket clutches and flywheels.

mike from emage mentioned the car is considerably noisier than stock. how much noise increase did you guys run into with an aftermarket clutch and flywheel?

he seemed to stress that it was noisy. i won't know for sure until i pick it up tommorow though.

keep in mind it is a pro street 10.5lb flywheel and exedy single plate organic.
