local Pittsburgh Meet

About the same. Maybe a hair faster - but doesnt seem to rev as easily. Hard to describe...you'd have to drive it to really understand.
Lets put it this way, a (turbo, don't know mods) Jetta tried to do a ricer flyby while I was at partially open throttle in third gear. I punched it from third at about 4500 rpm while he was still a good 3 carlengths back. He still blew right past me in 4th. Pretty sad...
What color jetta. I have a couple friends with jettas. There is also a local guy with jetta that pushes 420whp

Man, I've been trying to help Dave diagnose his problem over the phone and I couldn't really come up with anything... I need to be there.
I had him check for the infamous snorkel syndrome as I thought it definately would affect the boost issue at 6000.
My final guesses are he popped a vacuum line off somewhere.
Unless it's an issue with fuel.
I doubt it's Jestr's tune unless he gave him an VIII tune instead of a IX, lol.
Travman, check his FPR, and all the lines on the In Man. and **** like that. Or he could have a big giant leak on the intake post-Maf.
Then we could be getting into the fact that if he's still running the stock iridiums, then he's probably fouled the hell out of them or blowing out the spark at that high boost level.
I'm just as curious as he is.

Thanks for the exhaust compliments guys...i was curious as to how it sounded outside the car and what other evo guys would think of it. I don't think it sounds too shabby for ebay, haha.
Two questions:
Do any of you have an FFL or can you recommend someone who does to do some transfers?
I have developed what I can only describe as a "buzz" from my passenger side dash area at certain RPMS, where I guess it resonates some plastic. Maybe the glove box? Has anyone else experienced this? Squeaks and rattles I long ago gave up on but this is really noticeable.

I'm meeting up with Travman around 6:30 today. Hopefully, we will finally be able to figure this out. I noticed another thing today, when the car is cold and I touch the throttle at all (i'm talking like 500rpm inputs here) its like there is NOTHING there. I mean, it just seems like the turbo doesnt even spool. It didnt used to be like that at all. It used to be slightly sluggish, but it would at least accelerate - not act like it wants to die. Ugghh...I can't wait to get this resolved.
