Have you gotten any of them? Unless you went to Baierl, I highly doubt any other dealership around even knows about the updates. While doing the checkup, Mike may have just updated your car with the latest flash. Just a thought. Maybe he'd chime in.
Hmm... I got that flash you are talking about way back in April/May at Baierl when I found out about it. It did not affect anything but the High RPM hesitation and idle problems. I am kinda running out of ideas about what could have caused this. My most recent service was also at Baierl. Not that I am complaining about the higher mpg, I just wanna know what's going on with it. Now, the last time Mike updated the ecu, he put on a sticker on the inner side of the hood. I'll see this evening if there's a newer one maybe.

You can get ahead of the game and install a wideband now. That way when travis or whoever cleans up your maps they can actually work on the fuel maps and adjust the biggest flaw in the X's tune.

Does anyone want an Evo brushed aluminum shift knob? For free. It will fit CT9A's or CZ4A's. I had it on my VIII and X. It's a genuine Mitsubishi accessory. The only problem with it was the shift pattern sticker seperated from the plastic cover. I took a piece of CF and put it where where the sticker usually goes. Looks pretty good. I still have the seperated pattern if you want that too. First response gets it.

Give travis a call or PM either of us if you need our #'s. Plan on being at buschurs till at least 6pm if not later. Trust me you'll be like a kid in a candy store. Also make arrangements to pick the motor up as they shut down main street for just DSM/Evo's. You might have to show up early to do the exchange and dave/dan will be busy running the dyno all day.

Yeah all arrangements are made already. Nick at Buschur called and said its all ready to go for the shootout. Long block is complete

I gotta give a big to Eric , he came thru in the clutch with a needed jack and another steady hand . We dropped the block/tranny/and transfercase in one very graceful down and out. With the front sub-frame in place. I love when a plan comes together.

Today its all about seperating the 3 units and getting that tranny out to Daniel Buschur for the Bushwacker treatment
