Best Cleveland, Ohio area Mitsu service department?
I was just wondering where you all go for dealer service and also like the service you get too? So far I have been to Rick Case in Bedford, and their service sucks and the service manager is a smart **** a**hole.

I don't know how Mentor is with service, but they made me a pretty good deal on my `03 ES when I got it, and the sales guy was pretty cool. As far as the brookpark one goes, I'm gonna leave feedback after I go in to get one of the engine mounts fixed. I left 2 messages for their service dept last week and they still haven't called back to schedule an appointment with me. Not a good start heh.

I called Spitzer today and they squeezed me in to have a listen to the whirling noise coming from my car. Fuel pump is what he said the noise was and ordered me another one. Tried to tell me the noise was normal for a fuel pump, I laughed at him and said hearing it above the radio is not normal.
