I dont know about top level but I wouldnt go to turbotrix due to a friends bad experience with them tuning. Some of my other friends have their tunes with no problems. What happened was somebody did some datalogs for my friend and it showed that he had a 3 count of knock @ some points in his tune, 1-2 points elsewhere. Another tuner looked @ the log and tune and showed there was way to much timing wich was creating the knock and in turn the ecu was pulling timing to save the motor. My friend then got a tune with no knock from this tuner that helped him out. He tried calling, pming, emailing turbotrix with no response about his troubled tune. So because of this I would not go to them but thats just my opinion. "the shop" in CT can handle the installs and Al does all his tuning there now so you can kill two birds with one stone.
Top Level is a very good shop and the gusy there are great. I installed there various parts, like my downpipe, high flow cat, fuel pump...
Tyrone and the other guys know their sh.. as they own highly EVOs too...
Personally i really like them and i will continue doing things with them...

My IX runs Real Strong - Car is a BLAST to drive and has very good street manners for a Daily driver. My vote is Turbo Trix

On a seperate note, FYI, cars running on dynos are very dangerous.
Although, I have never lost one on a dyno, I have seen and heard of cars breaking dyno straps from hot exhausts and going sideways off the dyno.
It is best to stay to the back and not on the side or front of a car running on a dyno.
With good strapping, the chances of jumping off the dyno are minimal but it is never a good idea to risk getting hit by a car jumping off the dyno.
