Alright guys (and gals). We are only a week and a half away Who is going and where are you staying?

I am following the NEDSM caravan up (or across) Fri morning and leaving Monday morning. I am staying at a small campground in Milan about 5-10 minutes away from the Best Western in a cabin.

Who else is psyched for $1/pound ice cream!

 

hey man, ive heard about the DSM shootout, but im confused as to when and where it is? if someone could just fill me in that would be sweet, cause id really like to be there if possible

 

Well, I'm staying in the cabin with you and our friends and yes I'm psyched about the ice cream!!!! I gotta get the exact directions to the spot we always meet up at though. I followed Jewer last year and was half asleep lol.

We just meet at the Charlton rest-stop on the Pike heading Westbound. So just grab the Pike and be there for 6:00 am

We were there around 5 last year, but still did not leave until 6:30 or so IIRC.

Map quest it for me,lol. I don't even know where Charlton IS! Forget trying to find a random rest-stop in that town. I'm sooo gonna get lost,lol. Hey, make DAMN SURE Greg doesn't back out!!!!!!!!

 

Oh man. Never been on the Pike before??? You know, I-90? You can't really map quest directions to a rest stop, since there is not an address...But pretty much, you hop on the pike, and drive until you see the Charlton rest stop signs. I'll see if I can get you some kind of directions. PM me where you are coming from.

Hey Man, jump on route 146 north into Worcester. You will be looking to go on route 290 west, but there is alot of construction in that area. So it might be easier to merge right onto route 290 east and then get off of exit 13. Tak a left at the top of the exit, go back over the highway and take another left on the on ramp to route 290 west. Stay on route 290 into Auburn and look for signs to Mass pike. You will get on the Pike and head west. The Charlton rest stop is...um guessing, 4 to 6 miles. Good luck...Speed Safely.
