Been really slammed at school last 2 weeks, worked all last weekend, will work this fri/sat, squeezed in a tiny bit of work in the garage this week though, hopefully sunday i can really get to business.
Since i'm out of the loop, which autoX is this sunday? Doubt i'll have time to go but just incase. Bummed i'm missing out on KHC on sat but there is another local dyno day on the 28th that is shaping up to be a pretty good event that i'm def able to make as of now.

Chip, that local dyno thing you mentioned on the 28th, is that in Lansdale @ PSIproformance or something like that? If so, those dudes are right around the corner from me. At night when its quiet I can hear them dynoing cars (sounds like mostly NA honda's). I was thinking about checking it out since its so close.

This sunday is a trial event for a new lot we hopefully will get @ the wachovia center right down the street from CBP.

Chu is the only car registered in BSP for SUnday... looks like he's finally going to get that 1st place trophy.

Worried about the puppy?
We just started experimenting with letting ours out of the crate at night. I slept on the couch Sunday (wife is snoring hard core since getting pregnant) I woke up to something scratching and licking my face rather aggressively. I went into defense mode and the dog almost ended up dead before I realized what was happening. The week before I saw Paranormal Activity so that didn't help.

Anyone have bad experiences with an LC-1 wideband constantly giving errors? Mine is being a PITA for the last 2 weeks. I'll go WOT, it'll give me a reading then start flashing and become useless. I did some changes last weekend that I had to retune for, and now my A/F is way off and I'm afraid to go WOT. I guess I'll just be a spectator this weekend. I really wanted to dyno it finally.

Dane, I added you to my xbox list.

FYI - just saw that the dyno day at KHC was cancelled on TST. I guess they're having electrical problems with the dyno and will re-schedule it.

Josh, the LC-1;s are tricky. Actually, all the innovative stuff is tricky, but once you get them setup correctly they work awesome. What error codes are you getting? have you tried to do a full recalibration? not just a free air calibration, but removing the sensor from the exhaust, unplugging it from the controller, waiting 15 seconds, plugging in back in, turn the key on, let it go threw the heat cycle.

If that doesn't do it make sure there aren't any ground offsets. I have mine grounded to a spare output on the ECU, same place I'm getting the power, so there are no offsets.

I never heard of them before today. When did we get a AWD dyno so close?

Nooooooo! I was really looking forward to seeing everyone once more before the new little dude is born. I hope the reschedule it soon.

I'm getting error 8. I know the sensor is good as it has less than 1K miles on it and it's the 3rd one I've put in in the last 2 years. It's after the cat (punched out) and has a heat shield. It'll work well until I go WOT then after I let off I start to get error 8. It's become a massive irritation as the only time I really have to do pulls is in the morning on my way to work because traffic gets nuts later in the day. That means I get one quick pull then have to pull over, turn it off and start back up. I did just upgrade to version 1.10 of the firmware a few weeks ago which is right around the time the problem started. I'm going right now to try 1.0 and see if that helps on my way to pick up some parts for work.

marc and josh, i would like to keep an eye on the dog but mainly i'd like to keep an eye on the dog sitter. make sure she's coming when she says she does and seeing if messes in his crate and her just tossing him back in there without cleaning.

My infared deer cams would work well. Some are about $100 bucks, not sure if thats cheaper than a web cam. If it wasnt the middle of season I would let you borrow one

sounds like a 20/20 sting operation you've got going on there. I can't believe you are paying for a dog sitter

Josh, isn't an E8 code mean the sensor isn't working correctly? Try a full recalibration like I described above, or just try another sensor you know is in good condition and see if that doesn't fix it. I've gone threw more then a few sensors on a bunch of different cars. Lots of things mess them up, leaded gas, anti-seeze, too much or too little heat... they are like women sometimes.
