^ Its a garret core just like a few others on the market. ie... CBRD and I think JMF. You can't go wrong with the BR, its a good piece. I know a few of the guys on here have the Perrin Stealth, I know Petey likes the Perrin. Its up to you man, you said you like BR, go for it.

Who put the tune on your car Rob?

Josh sorry to hear about all the fluid, thats a PITA. Power steering fluid is like brake fluid isn't it, eats paint?

IT's been awhile since I posted here, I have been super busy with a new job. I still work at Krazy House just not full time. I actually work full time in montgomeryville now doing alot of things but mainly engine dyno testing and R&D. I have been working 50-60 hours a week for my first two weeks so I have not even had time to wipe my *** honestly.

The dyno at Krazy house broke on tuesday, so the Dyno day is going to have to be postponed since the part they sent did not fix the problem. I will post more info about a new date as soon as the dyno is 100%

BTW I got wind that sandmonster ran 11.2@126 last night with a 2.0 60 foot time, trying to get the hang of the drag radials I guess, it was also on the boost setting as it is everyday on the street, and 98-99 in the 1/8th.

I know Sandy was aiming for 1.5 60 foot, so I hope he gets the Hoosiers down.

Rod, THe CBRD/JMF i/c is a very nice piece, and so is the new AMS one with the cast endtanks. I'm running an ETS piece myself and dont have any complains about it, although the Garrett cores are better. ETS does use a Garrett if you are willing to pay alittle extra. I liek to suppor the local economy, so I would good with CBRD/JMF myself...second to that would be the AMS. I'm not a big fan of Buschur, so I wont comment...but his i/c has gotten raved reviews also.

Also, with our IC, you don't have to trim the front crash beam. It also works with any stock location lower IC pipe.

Where in Montgomeryville? I'm like 10 minutes from there.

I haven't had my car tuned myself yet. I'm not sure if the previous owner had it tuned or not. I almost guarantee it was because the car seems flawless all the time with the MAF pipe on it. I heard without a tune they have some drivablility problems. I'm going to get it tuned here in the near future. Going to put a FMIC on first I think. Think I'm going to have a local shop or CBRD or KHC tune it. I'm torn between them.

What are the dimensions of the CBRD? It does not give much information at all on the site. Its going to be between the Buschur and CBRD. The reason I like Buschur is because I've met him before I had an evo and he helped me alot with deciding on my car and had some problems with the car when I first got it. He helped me along with finding the leak and fixing it. I know he doesn't have the best reputation on this site because of his short temper, but he backs his products of one hundred percent (as do all great vendors), proves his products performance, and (like I said before) the car already has BR performance parts up to stage 2 on it. I'm going to get the CBRD radiator when I get to a bigger turbo. Thats way down the road though!

My friend thinks my noise is the downpipe hitting the brace, says it has marks on it. It never rubbed before so hopefully thats all it is/was. I had to order some new gaskets for my tp as well, they're totally shot. Maybe thats why it was rubbing. Anyways, I had to order them from R/T as no one around me has them. How silly is that....

I'm watching street racing videos on and I want to know how these people to get these flames coming out the exhaust. I'm not talking about the flame throws. Not backfire, just a little blue flame to come out the back. I notice it most on supras. I think it looks SICK! I don't know if I can post up a video so you know what I'm talking about, but is it just caused by advanced timing or????

Its when they accelerate. Its not anti lag because it back fires when they let off the throttle. If you search this on youtube its the first one. 600+whp GT35R RHD EVO VIIIMR vs 600+whp T71 Supra You will see what I'm talking about coming from the Supra's exhaust.

so just realized that as luck would have it, i am coming back home earlier than I thought from MD. I will be around all day sunday now> interesting, may have to come down to the race either to race or chill out. chu you going to be around to test em out?

who else is going down to the race?

random question directed more toward jeff, do you know if you can buy and print a hunting license for deer/geese online or do you actually have to go to the place and buy one. i need to do some searching online but figured id ask. reason is i wont get down to the hunting spot till 2-3 am and every place will be closed so need to get one for MD prior.
