That will be tough because the portwork that makes a difference is mostly in the flutes of the twin scroll passages PPI does awesome work you you have have coatings done by swain directly..

Yeah it did get a little better, minor stumbling but i only started the car like twice after i left so ill see how it goes this week. I need to get my laptop back first so i can put the revisions in if i need them.

As for my unhappiness im taking action and getting my car running right. If i had to hear one more time that i did those numbers on the stock turbo 3 years ago and the bbk made a million more horsepower than you im gonna pistol whip someone lol. Anyways a proper fix is in the works Thanks for the help petey i appreciate it.

Also thanks for those pics of my car on the dyno, they came out awesome.

FWIW your car is running an 11.6-11.7 AFR (on the agressive side) and 13* at 7000 rpm.. It hits knock every time at 7000 and none anywhere else no matter what kind of timing it sees.. Even if you were not hitting that knock up top the numbers wouldnt change drastically to where I think they should be.. There is a peice of the puzzle we have yet to identify unfortunately. Boost leak test and exhaust leak test pre turbo should be the first things to rule out.. I am sure that exhaust rattle is not helping the cause either. You should be 350hp on this dyno imho, and from my experience that would be around 400 dynojet. I would not blame the issues totally on knock activity imho.

Interesting thoughts petey. I was assuming 350 as well if everything was running right. I am going to get the throttle body seals and possibly see whats good with my stock ix bov. I would like to make more power on a more conservative tune as well. We will get it straightened out.

Yeah its a huge headache. I should have just waited and gotten everything done at once. But of course nothing worked out right and i hate to sit around and not get stuff done and bla bla bla. Im going to be taking the car somewhere in january to have everything straightened out, and maybe even add a few mods while there. We shall see...

Does the stock 9 BOV have 2 nipples? I think I read that somewhere but I might have just been tired.

Also, how good is the CCA on the stock battery? Mine took a **** last night and I had to pop start it to get it home.
