Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
if you kept the MBC at regular boost, like say 20psi, it would start to bleed off pressure well before you actually read 20psi on the gauge. you need to set it to like 30+ if you want to fill the system with 20psi, otherwise the MBC will start to 'bleed' off the air before you get the pressure you want in there.
I don't think you consider much of what you say b!tching, but others might disagree.
I wouldn't call that an unfair advantage though. nothing is stopping you from getting the proper equipment for the class you're running in, the rules are the rules... there is really nothing unfair about them.
Its all good, I was just trying to get the point across that it will be better for everyone if we're all on the same ground. It will all come down to driver at that point and nobody will be able to say they got beat by a guy on hoosiers, it will be just that they got beat, no excuses!

I'll never be fully prepped for that class, or any class for that matter.
can't tell if this is a joke or not.

This photo was taken from an article published by The National Strength and Conditioning Association. It was from an article on functional training for NASCAR drivers. I kid you not. The article mentioned the word "core" 11x

my guess would be that its serious. The couple of books I read on the subject of racing talk about how important core strenght is along with a host of other things. Make sense if you think about it.

i believe it. F1 drivers (i understand this was in the context of NASCAR) pull like 4 G's in the turns for hours on end. that takes quite a bit of strength and endurance.
that thread is ridiculous. it's hard to tell from a video on the internet but that really just looks like a car in cold weather. seeing that the last thing i'd think was coolant. also it would smell probably .
haha thats hilarious. you put a tube in the exhaust and run it to the drivers seat so you can see it up close while still keeping an eye on your cars temp, bc thats important as well
I hear the massive amount of torque possible makes track driving really interesting.
Sorry to let you down Marc. hahahaha. It comes down to car prep, and if one of us is serious enough, we'd be prepping for a proper class, not promote a class around our mods. Like JR posted, it would not be acceptable for DOY (not that anyone is chasing it), nor is it Nationally observed, so what's the point.
Make sense now? If i cared about driver of the year, I'd be looking into a stock class car to race ... or buying the OasisTan evo
.... ect, ect...OK, I see what your saying. I don't consider that **tching though. I was just stating a fact. I wasn't complaining that there was some unfair advantage, it is what it is... I was on street tires, everyone that finished ahead of me was on some sort of comp. Thats not a complaint.
