Wow. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...nsmission.html
We recently had our 1 year old under anesthesia for about an hour to repair a clogged tear duct. We both were VERY nervous but my wife is an LPN so she knew the risks and statistics and asked the right questions. In the end he was obviously fine. He whined a lot and was groggy all day but the next day he was back to normal.

This was the problem installer error.... Adam pulled it out this morning, everything was sitting there for me to look at. Per this thread where I found picture = misplacement of the intermediate clutch plate, disallowing the flat springs to assist in disengagment..
Oh well ish happens.
Other thing is Adam used a slide hammer on wheel bearing and the axle popped apart at boot. So he is taking the hub bearing and half an axle over to machine shop to have it cut off. I will then need to purchase rubber boot.
R/T Ernie sent me a PM to call him tonight, maybe there is a solution for the ball joint mystery.
thats a pretty common mistake to make with a twin disc. I've done it myself when I installed the McLoud twin in my Z06. its one of those things you do once and learn to NEVER do it again.
