I dont think it has anything to do with being lowered or not Pete. If you recall, I had the RPF1s when I was on stock height, and no camber, and still did not have those problems. When I lowered the car, I ran camber to optimise handling, and make use of the tires. I was also weary of tire deflection, casue it to rub the fenders, so the camber more than helped. I dont know why you and Ryan are having such big issues.

^ Yeah I don't know Chu. I just know I'm not very happy with the way things have gone for me lately. I'm completely stressed over the house and now the car, its driving me insane over here. You wanna buy some brand new RPF1's?

I might be very interested!

Why are you stressing over the house? It's nearly done, and looks great so far!

If I decide to go that way your the first person I'll call. I wish i hadn't sold my 8.5's rigth now to be honest.

The house is driving me insane because its almost done but not there yet. I'm off on friday so we can have the carpet installed upstairs and I still need to do a few things first and clean up. So I feel extremely rushed between getting that done and being ready for Sunday.

Oh stop it! The house will be fine. Racing will take your mind off it! As for the wheels, stop pussying and make them work!

Between you, Ryan, and one other guy, I have several wheels options being thrown my way! Still waiting on what Ryan is coming back with though. LMK what you decide to do.

well there are only a couple things the wheel 'could' be rubbing on aside from teh fender liner, ABS sensor/wire or the brake line. There are a couple misc brackets in there, but they should be bolted to the strut. If Steve was messing with the camber I'm sure he would have noticed something not bolted up. Maybe its a brake/rotor issue. I'll have my jack with me on Sunday, we can pull the wheel and take a quick look if you want. I agree with Chu, the house ain't going anywhere.

btw, I have extra of those OEM clips. I take pride in teh fact that my undertray is still installed and every clip accounted for (I'm **** like that).

awfully quite in here today...

OK, just spoke with Steve. They took some of the camber out of the rear and brought it closer to -1.0 although he didn't tell me exactly what they set it at. They drove it and it seemed fine other than the fact that the tires are rubbing the fenders.

As far as the smell, he thinks it was some of the PB or whatever they used to get the bolts loose, he said he didn't think it was anything to worry about.
I didn't change anything, I just bolted on the wheels. I'm picking it up today right after work.

Marc are you offering your screws/clips to me or just bragging that you have a set?

I wish the previous owner of my car was **** about things. The car didn't even have an undertray, so I ended up buying the Beatrush one.

You suck!

You know I'm not talking about the undertray right? I'm refering to the clips at teh end of the rocker panel that hold it on, on the inside of the fender.

You know Pete, if you can run them this weekend, I'll be more than happy to break in the tires for you! You know, get rid of the mold resins, and cycle the tires.
