How long is a usb cable?
How many transistors are in a 2MB Coppermine Xeon?
What should you set your 'TCP receive window size' if your connection speed is 3MBit and has an averaged latency of 150ms?
What do you need to do to use Win2000 ICS with clients running ICQ that must be able to do ICQ chat/file receive?

You misunderstand, I'm not an IT guy. Not only will I refuse to fix your computer, I probably don't know how.

Considering Jimmy will be going for "maximum attack" and "taking full advantage of the curbs", I'd say it would be right up his alley..
