morning ladies how was everyone's holiday weekend? hopefully relaxing, because it sure was hot.

I was watching strongman competitions on ESPN and it makes me want to get bigger- I told my wife after we have two kids i'm going straight onto Vitamin S and she was cool with it

Haven't had that... Did have the Apricot Wheat and then multiple Flower Powers on Sunday night. My brother-in-law picked up a sixtel of the FP because I was asking about it, rather nice of him.
