Obiviously its a 2 person job.
I am one of the few who managed to blow their ACD pump, Adam Fuhs helped me replace the pump at Fed Ex field event if I remember correctly..
I went wot then turned the key on, waited 10 sec for the pump to engage. I don't think its working because im only getting a dribble out of it. Any one have any ideas how to properly do it? Im tired of my 3 lights being on and im hoping its only air in the system.

If there is air in there you have to do it quite a few times. You could have a wasted ACD pump. Mine was bad, we installed one known to work, bled as I said previously and no lights.

I just sent Adam a text to clarify how he did mine...

I forgot the gas pedal needs to be floored. So it goes like this:
Turn ignition on, do not start engine though
Press gas pedal all the way down
ACD pump will engage which is when you crack bleed valve
Air/fluid should start coming out

I would repeat the bleed process a few times to make sure you get all the air out.

If that fails find a used ACD pump out of a totaled Evo, new they are $$$

Do not bother Autoxing with bad ACD pump, your car will be front wheel drive anytime you turn the steering wheel. Car will launch in a staight line, but any steering input puts all power to front wheel. I was in Devens when that happened and fixed it at Fed Ex field, pretty sure that's what happened. This was at least 3-4 years ago so I am a little foggy on exactly how it went down.

here's how i did mine from this post.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...eding-acd.html

Disconnect Solenoid and sensor
Activate the solenoid hardwired and open bleeder ( attach transparent tube, open slowly ) same time for about 6 to 7 seconds
Close bleeder, disconnect solenoid.
Reattach connectors, Ign on , throttle activate pump.switch off ignition after pump stops
repeat these steps until no more air is coming.

Refill reservoir as needed with fresh ATF SPIII

Great info you found there. This way is a little more involved but it sounds correct. Funny that we bleed it my way with no lights on and my stuff working correctly for a long time now, like years. I think I want to try the ECU Scan way with the bleed feature, Marc or Adam will have to help me do this.
