Speaking of pig meat. There's a rib cook-off in Nothern Liberties this weekend. Ben's Mermaid BBQ buddy is gonna be there, I was thinking of checking it out.

^ I just heard about this earlier today. Scott won it a few years ago. He's pretty serious about BBQ.

If the weather is ****ty on Saturday, I will likely come out. I believe that the rib competition goes between 12 and 4. If it's nice, hopefully we'll be flying. We haven't done any flights this week.
