because a real functional rear diffuser is not easy to make. most off the shelf aftermarket diffuser are just cosmetic or provide some anti parachute function, but no real down force. front splitter is easy to make, just a flat piece that extend pass the front of the car. also, a rear spoiler is easier to install if you want rear down force.
If you're talking about PA, I'd avoid that like the plague and take 352 to 95 to WW bridge to 55 (if you're trying to avoid 76 through Philly which can **** up your entire morning)
If you're talking about 322 in NJ, how do you go to NJMP? I don't know that way.

322 in PA or 322 in NJ?

For those that care, our crap can race team, Team Cardorks, ran the 8-hour Chumpcar race at Lightning last Saturday. Our B18A1 powered DC2 ran flawlessly and battelled back from a 10 lap evaluation penalty to finish 5th (without the penalty we would have won by one lap). The four drivers of that car were running an average of 1:23 but had a fast lap of 1:19.904 (third fastest of the field, FTD for the race was a V6 powered MR2 that clocked a 1:17 something).
The E30 (car I was driving) started six laps in the hole, and despite having to replace the fuel pump after two hours and cooking the diff after four hours (resulting in a terrible vibration for the remainder of the race--every corner felt like you were on the "wake-up" grooves that line the turnpike), finished 9th. All three drivers had fast laps in the 1:22s; a .667 [pre-diff failure], .878 [pre-diff failure], and a .896 [mine, post-diff failure].
Our DA9 started at -5 laps and finished 17th due to a terrible rear alignment issue (toe was self-adjusting during the race causing a terrible loose-under-braking condition) and catching a rock through the radiator (which I kicked up when I dropped a wheel at the apex of the Lightbulb) that resulted in a overheating motor for the last hour (we ran it all the way to the end anyway, but had to come in every 20 minutes for water).
I wasn't going to race at next weekend's Lemons race (running on Shenandoa while Hyperfest is going on at Main), but got roped into committing to a stint, so now I'll be driving to Summit early Saturday morning, doing 2+ hours in the race car, then driving home Saturday night.
Wish I could join you guys at the track or autocross this weekend, but I'll be hardparked on the lift while I finish replacing my old and busted bushings with some new hardness in final preparation for Trackdaze.
