Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
Pete beat me to the punch. Good day of racing today so I had to go and try my luck. JimBone's car is a monster. He said he was impressed with the hoosiers all around and said he may pick up a set. As for the sandbox, tonight was the night. First pass I blew the all-seasons off the wheels and didn't even continue my run. Second pass I bogged my launch but just went for it to get a trap speed of 130.8. And as for the last pass (don't mind the crappy 60ft), i raised the 2 step a little and......
Congrats again ben! Pretty happy for you, good thing it was on your last pass so you didn't get booted
LOL @ jim getting the boot at a track rental. I haven't seen him or the car in a while. We got to get a small meet at atco in 2 or 3 weeks.

In yo face stang!
Ben what are you launching at? I've been playing around a bit in the lot at work and found 5800 RPM is a good spot sometimes but I bog a bit if I slip it too fast with the pucked clutch.
Shaw PM me if you want about the wheels.

Josh, that is what I ended up setting my 2 step at. It was around 5500 and it bogged but I brought it up to 5800 and it spun but with the track being cold and the prep being horrible. I'd say 5800 is good for street tires
