it is pretty horrible up there. probably the worst day to be there is the day before nye. my wife and i made that mistake a few years ago. if you were standing at the corner waiting to cross the street you would be doing it with a concert amount of people and could barely walk. i felt like i was at general admission at a punk show or something.

we grabbed a subway to soho to eat in little italy. we walked several blocks in the dark as a gay dude with a small dog passed and my wife started begging me to go back because it looked like a rough area...

I won't say anything yet, but my initial impressions are pretty good. I'm on Tepha 7 now, which is nice, and the car feels strong and smooth. The Pistol is putting me on ECU boost soon, so I will wait until then to make some final remarks on the turbo.

That translates to "I didn't make any power on pump and I regret not getting double pumps and injectors for E85."
I bit the bullet and snagged an H1E, and an HX40 housing and wheel to build a hybrid. My HX35 had a chunk taken out of the compressor wheel at some point and I don't know how long it'll hold on now that it's out of balance. That sucks because I had the big rare 60MM wheel in it that was highly sought after. Now I'll be lucky to sell it for much at all.

^^^Should contact Blouch to see if they're able to get one for you. They rebuild on of my friend's Greddy turbo for $250, with turnaround time of 1 day.

I can rebuild it. They're VERY easy to rebuild but I have to send the wheels out to be balanced. I'm not going to bother unless I can find a replacement compressor wheel. For now I'll run it and try to get the new turbo fabbed and ready to install. It's a T4 so I may have to find a new manifold or run an adapter.

That might be like an hx52 or bigger. A 5" exhaust outlet is huge. Most have a 2.5 or 3". 1250 ft lbs sounds sick.
