Perhaps he should be a little more intelligent when he goes to bars. Like always stay in PUBLIC so that there can never be a he said/she said allegation.

I'll be at BR on the 17th and 18th, but will be watching the TT events.

Can't wait to do the Flat Out Days. First one starts on April 3, but not sure I can get ready in time.

hey guys, by chance is anyone looking to rent a townhouse?

the other side of my duplex is going up for rent on may 1 and i would like to get someone i know in there so i don't end up living next to some *******.

2 bedroom. 1 car garage. central air, nice kitchen, small back yard.

it's in brentwood on one of the side streets that runs parallel to brownsville road.

-edit- or at least it could be some ******* that i know

yes we did.....we would have been lost without her, she was just plain awesome and I would recommend her to anyone - zero BS.

I mean we wouldn't have saved any money by not having one.....either the seller agent gets 3.5% w/ a buyer agent involved or the seller agent gets all 7% - all paid by sellers. Unlike the beliefs of some that they will come out with all this extra money in there pockets by not having one - that is just silly.

They work for your best interests (at least ours did) - she even bought us a 1 year home warranty that came out of her commission...

That was going to be my next question as to if the seller paid your buyers agents commission. That all has to be hashed out before any deal occurs though right? Me and my wife are beginning the process of house searching and are starting our search for a good buyers agent. Did you go with a company supplied buyers agent or did you find her on your own?
