I don't think I will know tho now until next year as I believe E85 is now the winter blend.... The price jumped up and the attendant at sheetz actually went into the office to verify that monroeville is now on winter blend so....

I'm probly gonna drain a lil out of my tank and test it to verify it actually did change..... I can't even tell just by my afr's due to the fact that on my way home my wideband went to 14.8-1 and stayed there so now I need to grab another Bosch 5wire sensor

so the short answer is:

"no, i'm f'ing crazy and i need MORE POWER"

that's some straight up gangster sh*t, dan. the car is already an animal, god forbid e85 and more boost. and it's excellent that you're not knocking. those runs were on 93 octane too, right?

i have the feeling that you could be breaking the sound barrier and still want to go faster.

Congrats to all you guys blowing the tires off at PRP. I wish I was paying attention and knew you were going...although I would have had the slow *** EVO running mid 12's

But not next year....FP Black for me (or maybe I need to have a custom tune done by Curt and just get a Green or Red)...
I tried to post up to get people up there but couldn't keep up with the updates and as it turned out didn't have enough time to run anyways. I want to make a TnT event before the end of the year so I'll try to inform you guys when I go to see if we can get a few other Evo's up there. You should definitely bring it up, you can put down a good baseline and either way its fun

I was thinking the same. Though you seem more like the minivan type.

In order to save fuel they made those pretty light. Lighter then an evo I think. They also came with a 200hp v6. You could spin the tires in a windstar.

you could spin tire for sure thanks to the gearing and the mustang 3.8L v6 under the hood, but it was by far light.

my parents were actually proud of the fact that it was the heaviest van available at the time, thought that would make me safer. as it turned out that just meant that the damn thing took longer than your average coal powered steam engine to stop.

i will say though that for a minivan it handled surprisingly well. since the mid 90's ford has made cars with a really excellent tactile sensation through the wheel. hmm i can't believe i just said that about a minivan, but in relative terms it's true.

fuel consumption wasn't really an issue. when i started driving gas was about 85 cents a gallon. i guess i did things in reverse. i should have had the gas hog sports car back then when i could have filled it up for all of $13
