Does anybodoy on here need a cheap set of winter wheels with blizzaks on them? I had them on my 2008 for two seasons. Now that my 2011 stays parked, I have no use for them. PM me if anyone is interested. The tires probably have another season or two out of them.

Headlight is out

My headlight on the driver side is out....it just flickers and won't stay on. Looks like I need a new ballast from what I read.

Anyone have a used one that is working? I found a place to buy new(refurbs), but the price is $165....

let me know

thanks

I have a passenger side one that might work for you. I have to find it tho! I haven't unpacked everything yet at the new house.

Cool. I am pretty sure they are interchangeable for either side.

I love the job....not real happy with putting 500 miles a weekend on the EVO at the moment. I think I may need to find a daily driver to beat on instead.

The weather down here in Virginia has been great...50+ degrees most of the winter. Every time I go back to Pittsburgh on a weekend it seems to snow. I still see green grass here

I found a DCEVO club here, haven't met anyone yet, but plan on looking around. Also an EVO friendly shop seems to be down here with a AWD dyno "Moore Automotive". So I have pay them a visit just to see what their shop is like.

How's the car running for you?

I found it Jim! So, you took a new job out of state? We have moved to Milwaukee ourselves because of a new job. Sold our house here to a pgh Steeler in 5 days tho. It's been crazy lately.

I just bought my first car purchase of the season. (other then 2 sets of used race tires). I bought a OMP fire suppression system. I hope to never have to use it but it was something I really needed to get.

Yeah the weather would be a lot better but yeah the miles would definitely suck. Glad you like the job.

Car's still in the garage. I'm getting parts lined up for this season. Gotta get my rotors and pads ordered shortly. Hoping this season is much cheaper than last.

That's awesome you sold your house to a Steeler....did you throw in season tickets for the "seller" as part of the purchase price?

Didn't realize you moved Jer. How are you liking WI? Jim, you're gone too? I don't think I like these changes...

To anyone that is interested, I am reluctantly selling my 18x8.5 Volk wheels and Toyo tires. Price would obviously be cheaper to a local. Let me know if interested. Link to sale here.

Yep, those were the nasty *** gold ones. I know a lot of people liked that bronze-ish color, but I never got used to it. AMF (Allegheny Metal Finishing) did the powdercoat. They also fixed the spokes and the lip which were all damaged after an incident at a tire shop. Very high quality work at a very cheap price.

That seems like an eternity ago when you helped me with those wheels, haha.
