Not to change subjects, but anyone interested in making some awesome Beer Bread, should check out this recipe. Real simple and prep time is about 15mins and bake time is 1hr.

My suggestions based on making it:
1.) Use 1/4 cup butter instead of 1/2 cup.
2.) Place cookie sheet under the bread pan.
3.) Use a sweet beer/ale. Seems like a lot of the Sam Adams ales (Blackberry, cherry) seem to give it a sweeter taste.
4.) Might suggest using a little more sugar than the recommended. Depends on how sweet you want it.

In terms of the penalty aspect. Here are at least 4 examples saying YES there is a penalty for not buying insurance. None of which I would consider a "conservative" outlet.

My boss has one and my co-worker just picked one up while we were in CO. Best Buy had them free with purchase or a 2yr contract or extension.
Seems like a great phone.
