Local Pittsburgh meet part deux
kids .kids.kids.kids... I feel like a dad looking in on a bad situation....Everyone on this board is in some way a car freak.....It could be how fast your car goes, how clean it always is.or how much money you have put into it....So I say lets let the boys duke it out for real...The car way !!!! On a race track.....I say we put an event together.......Three things...auto cross,road track(beaver run), and last drag race(1/4 mile).....who can run all three events with the best time..Figure out a points system for second, third fourty , etc....highest points wins....

well, it's official. the snow tires have been mounted on the winter wheels.
with the weather turning it's time for the fun to come to the end for the next 6 months or so.

Eh, there isn't any other car made (with it's pistons facing the right way) that is as fun in the summer and tractable, but still fun in the winter then the EVO with the correct tires. Pretty amazing these cars are.
i also feel a bit cheated since due to the shoulder my entire summer racing season has been blown. it will probably be another two months before i really have enough power in my shoulder (and a low pain level) to actually make use of it for turning a wheel. by that time we will be all cowering inside with single digit temps i bet.

I'm working on a theory here. It may sound far fetched, but I think it makes sense. I think that mitsumaster and eric are in fact one in the same person. Before you laugh (or lol or 
) think about it. I think someone created these two personalities - like a Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hide - just to make things interesting and keep people off balance here.
Here's some of my reasoning:
Dr. Jeckyl make thoughtful posts. He's well respected for his knowledge and skills.
Mr. Hyde is very polarizing. People love to hate him. He will make a post and he is imediatly scoffed at or ridiculed.
My Hyde will say something like. "I'm building a 500hp X." The reaction he gets is "You're crazy. You can't do that and if you did you would mess it up." Then Dr. Jeckyl will say "I just built a 500hp X." The reaction he gets is "Wow, how did you do it. It has to be a solid car because YOU built it."
Mr. Hyde will talk about his racing experience and he's laughed at and called names. Dr. Jeckyl suggests setting up a race and he has people offering their cars to him. "Here Dr. Jeckyl, you can drive my car." "NO Dr. Jeckyl, you can drive MY car."
Doesn't this make a little sense now???? Has anyone actually seen the two of them in one place at the same time? To me, you are all a bunch of screen names and avitars. Now that I think about some more, MondoBongo may be part of the same person. This person has a deep self loathing and part of his therapy is to agrue with himself and vent these frustrations on the computer. So a third personality was created to provide a means for all these suppressed feelings and anger to spout off.
Well. Do I make a good point or not? I think it's no mistake, all this is the work of one person. We are just pawns in their twisted game.
