so ive thought about my tags that I was given the ban over, and think its kinda funny that I was banned over something this dumb, so figured id share with you guys....

The subject tags were in the Buscher 5.0 mustang thread...

Tag #1 -- who cares?
Tag #2-- not mustangm.net

They're pretty lenient on the founder of the high boost forums around EvoM and pretty harsh towards any criticism of him.

I won't ever pretend to understand why. Technology marched on, especially in the area of tuning/ecu's etc and the founder of the high boost forums was openly critical and often rude causing many of the best and brightest to leave and go post on other boards that have really been a detriment to the evom community. That he runs a direct competitor to evom and still gets such love from the evo mods is still a mystery.

Shouldn't be such a mystery and check my points and banning's I've received to see how partial they've NOT been. Maybe what you are missing with your lack of attention and time around EVO's is the vast amount of testing and knowledge I've contributed to this board.

I've also received points for adding negative tags on threads, for reference.

Hate to point this out but all that knowledge and testing and you are still running the same times you were in 2008.

Haven''t had much to say. Rx7 is driving me nuts, Suby is fine, albeit on stock springs and shocks and blizzaks. What's up with you?

Debating the droid-X.....not sure i need a phone that massive.
Both great phones, I have the droid. The incredible has a better camera, but no physical keyboard. The X is awesome and just big enough. Either one will make youu happy. My contract ends in February. Just in time for the 4g phones on verizon.

no offense, if you were following on highboost youd be informed of the situtation

with his confusion of power loss with the new motor/intake setup

ps but id consider db a great associate while he is still running faster times than anyone else in this thread over 2 years ago with a FULL interior with navigation

Same old stuff. Gym/work/home/sleep just about seven days a week since September. So it's Been very busy the last few months. I can't complain though, these days when getting by is better off then so many others. I did sign up to do a marathon in DC at the end of February. Gonna be hard to train for in the winter. We'll see how that goes.

What year rx-7 did you get? I used to have one. Great cars those.

Good luck at the marathon, that's one thing I don't ever see myself doing It's an 84 gsl-se 13b fuel injected 1st gen. Was wrecked when bought it. It needed a bunch of stuff for inpection, all is done except now i can make it about a mile then it starts bucking, spitting, then stalls

this is how i found it

maybe some of us dont care what times we run, or care to swing on anyones nutz..not that I have anything against others who choose to do so...but some of us like our cars for what they are, and may choose to do some mods to ge a little more out of them and wrench on them, but dont care to spend $20,000 on sending our car somewhere for someone else to end up with a car that becomes unreliable. Sorry but I could care less if my car runs 10 s..... just my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions..

Looking good there. Those are hell of fun cars. Running rough was almost always some vacuum hose falling apart. The rats nest of hoses really makes me appreciate the modern sensor driven cars all the more. These kids today don't know what they missed out on.

Is this going to be your new race car?

Seibon CF hood for sale locally... minor damage. Would make a great track-car hood. Obviously it'll be cheaper if not shipped.

Yes, for shorter distances/interval stuff I wear the five fingers. Longer runs I'm using regular running shoes as I was given a pair of Rebooks to try. They're really well made and have held up well but I wouldn't recommend them past that. Nike Lunarglides are still tops.
