again, you're not forcing someone to engage in commerce. there is absolutely nothing about in there. you're rewarding people who do choose to engage. you might call it semantics, but that's what legality is.
think of this along the lines of child tax credit, because conceptually it's very similar. there is a tax on everyone, but one to gain exemption from it.
ya tell them to get off welfare and fight for there country, they dont have to enlist just be part of the resolution not the problem.
do you know how many civilians were in iraq and are still in afghanistan? There is GOOD ( i mean great money, money to work but they are SCARED) I have a buddy from home that went over when it was really bad, he was armoring up humvees and made over 100k for 6 months of living in hell, HOW MANY OF YOU CAN SAY THAT YOU MAKE THE SAME IN 6 MONTHS? . Hell all these people living in ghettos getting shot at should go over and actually have a job for the first time in there life....
i think these ppl should be exiled if they wont stand to help then get out of our country
