There simply isn't anything or anyone local to that area.

I used to live in Beaver. It was a nice town but furrin' cars are rare. A wrx or evo even more so. My EVO was a BIG DEAL with both the local deputies and the j/body neon enthusiasts that were so dominant in those days.

The side that fought a five dollar street cleaning ticket after the telephone pole the sign was attached to was removed. That was fun.

No sign, no fine.

No, they are most definitely full time and when I left they had a staff of like eight or nine. The PD's of these little bankrupt towns in western PA are a ridiculous waste of money.

so if my math is correct the only way i would be breaking even using e85 on my trips is if gas stays at 3.09 and i could acquire e85 at 2.37 (which its its 2.17 in some places in ohio) then i would basically be spending the same amount on e85 as i would gas

Wait till there is an empty spot in the garage. Thats when i felt the pit in my stomach. Its not so bad though. I've substituted tarmac for old logging trails and rocky inclines. 1 down/1 to go (the Z)?
