this is more or less how i got my badges off the car when u was putting my UKDM badge on.

i got the badges soaked my washing the car, then used waxed dental floss to get under the sticky tape holding them on. once i got that off i used a combination of my fingernail and goo gone to remove any residue and bug and tar remover to polish the spot up a bit after.

 

So hows the weather? I'm in CO and it's going to be 50s all week.

had a solid 2" of snow fall yesterday and melt off...wtf

 

Got the wing off with ease. Apparently 3m tape doesn't like 20 degree weather.

I basically took out the bolts, wet down the edges with wd40 and used hanging wire to saw through the tape in 10 minutes. I remember it taking a lot longer the first time I did that.

The rexspeed type c spoiler looks "o-k". Will give it a few days. It does the job covering the holes.

The J&S incident happened to Garret's car when his dump tube burned through one of the front straps. Wasn't that much damage, just a mangled rear rota wheel.

 

I've seen this before. I want one real bad. If had the spare cash around, it would be in my garage now. My least favorite part of working on the evo is getting it off the ground. I'm gonna ask Santa for one.

I haven't seen any like it other than ramps. I don't if anyone else has.

generally shortly after boot. independent of a disk being in it, the hard drive being in it, the network cable being in it, or any other variables i can eliminate.

i looked around online a it today and found a few suggestions on how to possibly rectify it, but short of clearing the cache in the system settings i've tried just about everything else. the annoying irony there being that i can't even get to the system settings to clear the cache because it locks up before then.

oh well. i've wanted an xbox with a black case for a while now. bigger hdd, built in wifi, and matching my furniture ftw. i've always hated the ipod-ish white cased ones.
