Yeah the car was fine for the most part, all runs were crap but enough to pax alright. I had a sub 48 left in there somewhere to unleash. Shouldn't of ran track camber which was like -2.1-2.2 camber in rear messing up my forward grip, I also messed up in the entries of the slaloms(too much speed, not enough braking throwing off the whole rhythm). I feel Warm was greasy by the time we(3rd heat) ran, that or I wasn't used to the new found torque and power of my car.

I'm thinking about setting up the Evo for Autox only and find a suitable track day car like a Porsche, Corvette, 20B RX-8 or even nice low maintenance S2K after I sell the MINI-S. So the gurney flapped APR wing and risers might be for sale soon. Automotive ADD is at it again.

I thought about going to FATTIC. We'll see what I finalize for 2013. Definitely big things happening, maybe I'll get lucky and get Marc.

Regardless I should be way better at slaloms by now, it is a total weak spot in my autox skillz. I can get the car to transition ok, so it is mostly slaloms. I cannot seem to get my timing right. I had Jeff Hurst riding with me and eventually he had me rocking the slalom, but it takes him coaching me up in the car to get me to do it right. Something to do with how I enter slaloms or when I am in middle of slalom. Its like I am always late entering or I fall asleep in the middle. Pissing me off at this point..

Anyhow Warminster is played out for me, I am sick of the site. I need the stadiums for every event, nothing is more fun as far as I am concerned. If we have majority Warminster next year I am going to ask the Shoeman to consider Meadlowlands with NNJ as replacement for Warminster. Its an awesome site with tons of room.
Warminster can have some sweepers. First time I did sweepers at Warm or close to them was this weekend there. You don't think right before the turn around and at the end of the course wasn't a sweeper? It sure felt like it was for me. LOL When I was running Susq Region(a sweeper region), I was dying for slaloms. The only thing I like about Warminster is it doesn't have light posts or curbs. LOL Though an ideal lot(and my favorite) for me would be Meadowlands.

That might work except I hit the gas too early on that schattenbaum event. Wifey has plans that weekend, so I have both boys.

Nelson, if you thought there was a sweeper before the turnaround, you were doin it wrong. Just sayin. I made from the angled wallom inlet to the turnaround one high speed slalom.

I was doing it right enough to only be 3-4 seconds behind you in a "ASP" ST car.

FATT-IC is held by paid professorial instructors, no chump instructors training instructors there. i did it a couple years ago but it's always good to take a refresher course, plus i like drifting crown vic.

Exactly... 1.3 seconds behind STR, 2.2 behind STX, 1.1 behind STU, 4.6 behind SM, and only 0.1 ahead of a RTR S2000.

Now that you have tires, some power, and a suspension... I expect more from you son!

Totally agree, the only sweeper EVER at Warminster is the turn around if you want to call it a sweeper. The reason why is Warminster runway is to narrow to have a sweeper on. Plus we have cars running up and back at same time, so you only have half a runway to set up elements (except for the turn around which I guess we can call a sweeper for discussion purposes).
