So last week I strained an intercostal muscle while coughing when I was sick.. Well today I must have done something wrong cause I'm in immense pain that goes from my back around to my rib cage on my right side. I can hardly move without wincing, laughing and even breathing is painful. I'm going to go ahead and say I'm out for karting next week. I have a Dr's appt on Wed, hopefully I know more after that.

No lie, since my birthday the other week my body has been completely effed up.
