I used several sets of hawk dtc60 and dtc70 on my s2k. Got really bad deposits and brake shutter on all the sets i used. Used one set of dtc70 on the evo and got brake shutter also.

As for corrosiveness, they are the worse. Permanently baked on the wheels and car paint when they get wet and left there over night.

Never heard of them. Any more info? Link?
I did a google search and couldn't find anything.

It's too late for me to install them at this point. Just curious, though.

Search CIRO Design in the Suspension thread. There's a long post about them. The guy who design and produce them is a national autox'er and very well know.

...some say he is so easy on equipment that one set of tires will last him more than three seasons. And that an instructor once told him he "might not be cut out for HPDE"... all we know is, he's called Dek!

First, you need a minimum 4" *****, so you're out of luck.

Alright guys- let's talk some autox too. Bringing this back!!

Many of you are still not familiar with our new site.

It's huge.

It's fast.

It ain't no parking lot autox.

It's the most fun you'll ever have autocrossing.

Here's the site:
Bader Field, Atlantic City, NJ.

We use both runways and taxiways. The paddock area is so large that sometimes we also use a portion of it for the course, with plenty of room to spare for parking.

The size of the course is dictated by the number of entrants we get. There's no reason why we can't have a 2 minute course if we know ahead of time that we will have an appropriate amount of drivers to work the course in their off heats. That's why it is so important to pre-register for the event, so the course designers can draw up a design ahead of time. Pre-registering also helps the staff get the event started more quickly, which equates to more runs. At SJR, the organizers aim to get in 6+ runs each event.

You do not have to pay when you pre-register for SJR AutoX events. If you aren't able to make it the day of the event, you'll be taken out of the system with just a couple quick clicks. The quicker everyone is registered and placed where they need to be, the sooner we can race!

Payment will be taken at the event. The cost is $35 for SCCA members and $50 for non-members. Non-members will receive a weekend membership good for a $15 discount on a SCCA Membership, which comes with some nice gearhead perks.

2013 Schedule

Event #1 March 3
Event #2 March 24
Event #3 April 14
Event #4 May 5
Event #5 June 22
Event #6 July 14
Event #7 August 11
Event #8 September 15
Event #9 October ?
Event #10 November ?

Address:
501 N Albany Ave
Atlantic City, NJ
08401
