I know what you're saying here, but I wouldn't look at it like that. You learned from what happened, it was an expensive lession, but a lession none the less. Many, many people have been in your shoes before.

I think you mean 4.5, since you didn't finish the last event. BOOM!

Dude's, I know it'll cost more money overall.

But how does everyone feel about lease to own? I'm just thinking about stuff as I get the car squared situation squared away.

Thoughts?

Well I am and Shoe is, but no one cares about us..........

Drove car to work today all was fine until I noticed my foot slip sliding on gas & brake pedals. It seems my heater core spit onto my carpet. It was not that much but I assume that means my heater core is now going... I wonder if that has anything to do with my overheating issue. Where exactly is heater core in dash and how hard is it to replace?

Lease to own? You mean lease a car then pay off the residual after the lease or finance the residual?

That just sounds like denying the fact that you can't afford the car (not trying to sound like a jerk). Leasing to own would basically be the same as financing for 7 years. If you're ok with that and can stomach how much money the banks will make off of you then it's your choice.

Asking people how you should handle you money is going to end up being like having a religious or political discussion. Only you can do what is right for you.

x3 if you already know you want to own the car you're better off just financing over 5 years than doing a lease.

Thanks, guys. I guess it all depends on the residual value after the lease is up and how much you're paying monthly. Interest doesn't start until you start to finance, and really, at that point, it's all about the interest rate, years, and amount.
