2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR

MSRP $35,490
Residual Value after 2 Years $26,262.60
2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR
Special Lease
$2,999 down
24 months
$294 per month plus tax
MSRP $38,690
Residual Value after 2 Years $27,856.80
To get this payment, price is reduced for forum members. Best way to reach me is VIA text. Supply is limited, and this offer wont last long. This is an unbelievably affordable way to purchase the Evo. You can even keep the car after the lease expires if you are interested in buying it for the residual value. Just look at how low the residual is after 2 years. You cannot find a preowned Evo for that price anywhere that is 2 years old!!!!!!!

That's still not a great residual value. You're better off with a higher payment and financing it from the start. And there is in fact interest in leases, it's just called "money factor". I find understanding leases to be a mindf^ck. I'm also not someone who does finance professionally but a couple of guys in this group do and could break it down for you if they want to.
Drove car to work today all was fine until I noticed my foot slip sliding on gas & brake pedals. It seems my heater core spit onto my carpet. It was not that much but I assume that means my heater core is now going... I wonder if that has anything to do with my overheating issue. Where exactly is heater core in dash and how hard is it to replace?

in other news, thanks to CTD2 and driving in the rain, i have dropped my iracing PB's on 4 tracks by almost a second each!
that sucks. i'm sure running the car on track while them temp gauge was pegged did had something to do with it. that's a lot of pressure. Chu and i removed my dash and it wasn't as bad as thought. pretty straight forward. might need to removed the steering wheel though. i had detachable steering wheel.
mike, i don't think your car hates you. it's actually quite the opposite with all the **** it put up with.
i was telling josh all about your weekend at trackdaze and his response was to the effect of "wtf? he has one that's bulletproof and i have one that blows the motor the second a spark plug misfires."

Okay fair enough with the trackday, but when it was autox it was well taken care of, garage kept for 5 years. IT is just annoying that no one can solve why my motor is pressurized and why I am having these weird overheating problems.
What would you guys suggest using to loop my system and eliminate heater core. I figure just buy a new length hose and run it from each spot on motor. What size hose 3/4"?

^No. That one is the turbo coolant feed. I blew the throttle body one. Mine didn't spray up like that. That's why I had no clue why I spun until I was back in paddock. I replaced all of my coolant hoses with new oem ones during the rebuild, afraid it will happen again. LOL

It was a pain in the *** to fix because it was in a tight place and odd angle. It was nice of the guy driving the Porsche to give me a hand.
