His full name is Lehman. That's why it's spelled that way.

Thanks mom and dad.

I agree. It was entertaining. It was mainly issues working out setups for the new track.

Do you recall what they were saying about what it is about the aero on the DP cars that cause the front ends to bounce around like that?

I have it on DVR and can review it to find out

the porpoising? i think i heard diffy say he thought either they had the rebound cranked way up or they were just smacking the splitter under braking. he said it was odd because the gainsco car is typically "medium downforce" and was doing it more than the known high df cars.

Finally I have done something with car..

Replaced thermostat and (1) firewall hose that was leaking. Sure enough that hose had a tear by the firewall, hope that solves the pissy antifreeze problem. Got the ac fan installed and changed antifreeze. I am going to just leave the bumper off tonight because I may do a boost leak test while everything is easy to get to (Marc can you stop by tomorrow to help a brutha out?)..

I will pick up some E85 tomorrow and the overheat test will commence. If the car can idle a half hour without overheating I think I will be good (presently that is not possible).

Why is it that every little thing I attempt to do with this car a fist fight. I spent an hour on 1 ac fan bolt, the plastic undertray is just a nightmare - I friqqin HATE it (leaving it off for a while until I can stomach dealing with it)..Crossing fingers this solves all my little nagging problems.... then all thats left is a gas tune...

I also removed my brake air tubes that were installed half azzed just so I could do the track day with you guys. The inlet pieces are still bolted to my brakes, is that a big deal to just leave on without the tubes? Will I overheat the brakes? I assume not but thought I would double check with the experts..

Dudes. I left a box right out side the door of the tech area of the garage at NJMP. Had some personal belongings and my license plates.

What do you think the likelihood of me getting it back is? It's prolly gone or junked or stolen, right?

I was one of the last to leave and didnt see any boxes but also wasnt looking for one. Try calling NJMP and seeing if it turned up. I'm sure a box with license plates wouldn't have been trashed unless no one looked inside.

Mike, I'm sure it's fine to leave them. Besides, you think you're gonna be driving hard enough to cook the brakes?

Jalal, I would call NJMP if I were you. I was one of the last to leave but I don't remember seeing it then however.

^ ouch, the whole day didn't go right for you. there's a good change that they might still have it if they see a license plate in there and know it's not junk.
