The sources identified the person as a man wearing a white baseball cap. One of the sources added that the cap was on backwards and the man was also wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and a black jacket. The second source said investigators have not identified this person.

Based on what I've seen, 4chan and Reddit will help solve this case.

Was the investigation crowd sourced? The future of crime solving is searchable Google drone photos.

i know that area very well, been there 100 times. the second bomb was directly across the street from a department store, which apparently has a security camera pointed directly where the bomb was, and they have him on tape now.

Has anyone ever seen the Progressive insurance commercial advertising an obdII monitor to watch your driving habits?

What could that really monitor other than speed and rpm? Those are the only useful parameters it could watch.

well speed and rpm can determine how many times you brake during your trips.

the more you brake the higher your premium goes.

errthing the obd2 comp sees... TPS, speed, rpm are the main ones. Imagine the fool who installs that on his car. I would love to do a track with it just for lols.

Think about how much data Evoscan pulls off the OBDII port. Now Progressive doesn't need all that info to tell if you are a "safe driver" or not.
