Certain race are more susceptible to certain health risk. Thats a know fact. My doctor keeps telling me that south east asians can't handle excessive body fat like whitties cause they built to eat red meat and I is built to eat fish. That means I have higher risk of heat desease even though I'm only slightly over weight. He said i can't be more than 10 lbs over weight and I'm supposed to be at 140 lbs. I'm at 165 lbs and my blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides are going nuts. I've been getting blood work done every 6 months for the last 5 years. I lost 10 lbs last year and it showed a huge improvement in my blood, butiI gained it back cause my body seems to like 160 lbs no matter what I eat or excercise, unless I'm starving myself.

Eat more fish then....... thats how I keep my white *** skinny. You need me to teach you the fishing line
Also probably half the red meat I eat is venison so that helps.

I didn't realize how lean deer meat really is.

Can you kill one for me and drag it to my house

Next season if you want a deer just let me know. I will kill it and drop it off at butcher, you pay butcher and pick up meat. It will be around 200 bucks picked up in gap. It will cost more for jerky and meat sticks ect.

Language in this video, not exactly work safe unless you turn the volume way down. Love this guy, he presents things in a way I understand.. LOL

BTW I run 2 times a week and jump rope 1-2 times a week for my cardio. 2.5 mile run and a 1/2 hour jumping rope. I think that is plenty for me.

Dude, I am sure you do not count your calories. If you wanted to make sure you hit 140, you need to be in a caloric deficit for your body weight. Like 300-500 calories per day and you will lose weight. Once you reach your desired weight you just eat your maintenance calories so you do not lose or gain weight. You don't even have to exercise, exercise though will make weight loss happen quicker and make you healthier. Consistent exercise would straighten out alot of your blood issues as well as figuring out a good diet. You are what you eat son!

Filet
Flank Steak
Flat Iron Steak

other lean meats:
chicken (no skin)
pork
fish

Make sure you eat your veggies kids! We all need that fiber for our POO

If you look at the different races that emigrate here and eat American food and live American lifestyle, you find those populations to have higher incidences of diabetes which causes high blood pressure with blows out your kidneys and causes renal failure or blows out vessels or blog clots in vessels causing strokes, heart attacks and pulmonary hemmorhages/emboli.

The Asian community that come to this hospital are mostly Vietnamese, Cambodian, Loas, and Chinese. All have higher incidences and prevalence of GI cancers than blacks or whites.

So race is a big factor in a person's overall. Diet, lifestyle and climate are what help develop the different races. Completely changing those features will slowly change the race but in the process have adverse health effects.

Ask Nathan. He probably knows more about this than me. He doses meds for people.
