He was quick fa sho. Wish my camera didn't die halfway thru our shession.
On Sunday I had an awesome shession in the instructor group chasing an R8 with one of my students friends in the car with meh. I pointed the R8 by on my warm up lap since he was already hot and slowly started to reel him in lap after lap. Then finally when I was close enough to get the point-by he pitted in.
That dude said he was hooked after that and was gonna go on racingjunk to find a track car... I tried to point him to the darkside of the E36 M3... we shall see.

Pete, for the $ he is paying he doesn't want to get held up in beginner group. I'm gonna give him a check-off ride and show him the RWD line, but then he is on his own.
Not that its WGI, but at NJMP he was solo after only one shession.

i think i might be going to this so called dark side. i am checking out my 3rd e36 in the past month. between my roommate and out neighbor there are 6 e36s parked outside. all generations, all trims, all with a spare engine and tranny a piece.
car is so much fun on the track....

i need a trickle charger, my deka was low enough to not even let me flash this morning. its not happy only getting driven like once a week.
any recommendations? anybody using the deltran? they are only like 50 bucks.

I use the junior for my m-cycle. Those are $25 and work great.
you will need a trickle charge that can condition an AGM battery.
