at some point down the road i will make big boy power and do a turbo swap to something like a bbk etc (assume around 400whp), thats why i passed right buy the exedy stage 1/new stock.

the confusion is that english racing has started recommending the new unsprung over the sprung even on street cars. supposedly it drives "90%" like a sprung except for the decel noise above 4k, and is the only single that shifts anywhere near a twin. the last thing i want is to have the clutch/trans done and have high rpm shifting issues. dynotech recommended the comp stage 2 regular, but they didnt know the unsprung existed...

i dont even wanna spend the money on a twin lol

man..your like the 4th person who recommended that...sounds like the way to go.

You need to run with PCA more. There are a variety of personalities and egos. I think PCA is one of the bigger displays of the crap we joke and hear about than most other groups.

 

Pros always put 2 tires on the curbing! Which 2 depends on the driver

 

He's running in green with his instructor. They don't let students use curbs

 

sheet! thats the outer loop, son. I'm just glad I made it that close to the edge of the track. I had two oh-**** moments at that spot this past weekend. once when a 944 dive bombed to the apex after pointing me by and another when I tried to make it thru there without lifting after coming out of the bus stop.... that last one wasn't such a good idea in retrospect.

Thats one thing I need to work on there, getting inside more and using the curbing there, I was always just a little (or a lot) bit off of it. Definitely time to be made there.
I skurred myself pretty good in the outer loop on Saturday, in too hot and washed up the track, back fo the car got pretty loose. That turn is scary when you take it too wide, serious pucker factor.
