TME turbo upgrade

I was wondering if any of you have tried this turbo? I found a pretty good deal on one, and was wondering what you guys thought of the turbo? What kind of improvement over stock it might be and what kind of numbers to expect.

It a good, fast spooling turbo. On a '03 EVO, you should see a 20-25whp gain w/ faster spool up.

EDIT: I just noticed you have a 10.5 hotside. Your gains would be around 10-15whp.

I have a 20g tme and it spools the same or a little slower than stock on my car but I have cams and DC exhaust manifold so results may vary.

I don't think it added much HP except for the top end.

looks like you aready have a 10.5 on your 03 turbo. i would imagine your only benefit would be faster spool.

Would this be a complete swap with no modification? I am not sure which one but either the TME, 20G or the IX turbo doesn't fit 100%.

pretty sure the TME turbo is the same as the 05 turbo but has titanium internals. i think the IX turbo doesnt fit up perfect in the VIII because of a clearance issue with the starter/O2 housing. lastely, pretty sure you can get a 20G TME, 20G VIII, or 20G IX turbo.

The TME is a 100% direct fit. The EVO 9 and 20G-9 need a little more work to fit.
