The stock Advan tires are only lasting between like 8k & 15k miles. They will last longer if you regularly have them rotated and flipped.

As far as adjusting the BOV if you do not know how then I would find someone near you, maybe a good shop that can do it for you. You don't want to do it yourself and set it too stiff so that you get compressor surge. You also don't want it too soft and just have it leak.

The toe on a stock EVO is supposed to come from the factory at -1...however they have been known time and time again to come at -2. Just make sure before you put your new tires on to get it alligned.

Wow...sounds like your camber is way off if the inside of your tires are all chewed up?
You drop your car at all? Taken it for an alignment?

If you look at your car front on, do the wheels look like this |----| or like this /----\

If its the second one, your camber is off.

I believe you were meant to say cambers, not toe. Toe should be zero all around, if you want your tires to last longer.
