Headliner removal?

I have to remove my headliner to install my cage and was wondering if anyone around seattle has done it? I am planning on doing it tonight and was just wondering if there are any hints on the easiest way to go about this. Is it easierif i start from obe side versus another? If anyone doesnt mind a text with questions if i get stuck can message me their number

Thanks in advance!

This is to fix a stuck sunroof but to fix it you must remove the headliner, pretty good write up.

You should get it painted (yes painted) black while its out. There was a thread on here somewhere about how to do it. Looked sick.

LOL! I couldn't remember where I saw that. Don't get me wrong, it looks better than the blue, I'm just not sure it is classified as paint so much as it is dye. I dunno.
