Which BOV to get?

Need to get a new BOV cause my Greddy S is leaking.

These are the two I'm looking at. Would like to get feedback on these or any other BOVs people like. (I recirc, have just bolt ons and ER tune - 25lbs)

he asked which two to get and I said neither.

I'd say APS; I think Keenan was selling one, and I believe Derek (dbsears) is too

Dan's just a yahu...that's why LOL

I'd point you to https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/se...samco-bpv.html
and
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...lly-works.html

I have the APS which worked great when I was still with a MAF and pretty stock. It does not leak one bit, but does VTA (does recir as well as VTA) a little under heavy boost.

CBRD recently posted a thread about leaking blow off valves https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ur-valves.html

They seem to like the APS one http://www.airpowersystems.com/us_spec/evo/bov/blow.htm

and the Synapse, which motoiq did a huge write up on
http://www.motoiq.com/magazine_artic...ter-valve.aspx

Hope this helps.

I like the Synchronic (the pop can size one.. although hate the size.) Has held 33+ psi and doesn't leak or cause surging. Can run in vta or recirc.

I would have also said Synchronic as people seem to like that too, but I haven't had personal experience with it. Again, you should be able to pick up the APS for relatively cheap from some users that are selling theirs. Derek's likely has very little mileage and probably is almost brand new. I think I caught him turtle-waxing it once.

*edit - I didn't even see his post before mine when I made this one. I believe Jared and others that road race swear by the APS

APS is not really available anymore-

Cobb is nice, but we've had some leak

Synchronic compact in pull style with outter port only works well, it isnt perfect- but I think it is the best option currently available!
