i wouldnt buy a 03 with 80+k for no more than 18k. I mean.. its not worth it. IXs are going for 25k now..

so i would say go dealership and find u like evo and write a Mileage and year and what they have (options mods or acessorty) and go look up www.kbb.com or www.nada.com and see how much cost value and u go back and talk them that u want that evo and they tell u price.. then u tell u want invoice or wholesale.. or match price tag from nada or kbb.. it pretty work good..

honestly man. i don't know.. i'm getting tired of tryin to hustle for money. i'm tired of not having my car....i'm also getting tired of having to answer the question where my car is at.... sorry chris not trying to point you out. i'm just saying in general. i'm irritated and i'm very close to just getting a loan from somewhere.
