APS is the shiz. Fixed all my bucking and problems with the crappy stocker leaking...(mine leaked past 24psi). Just put my stocker on since I had to give it back to my friend...wow the APS had to have been about 4x louder. I can barely hear the damn stock one with even with an ARC intake Went and bought a new APS one...the inner ricer just requires it . Plus now my boost dips during peak spool and its annoying.

Maybe free to someone who tunes and has access to a dyno. But to someone who has to pay for that, its gonna be at least a few hundred dollars, if not a few hundred more..

BOV's: I've been through lots. APS is the best. All the others drive like crap and buck/surge.

Spring Rates: Run the 11k in the front and the 12K in the rear, and set your swaybar to the lowest setting. Start there for sure.

I run 8KF/10KR, and have a 25mm rear bar - it's too loose in the rear and I have to run my shocks at the minimum bump setting in the rear. I'm swapping in a 24mm bar - or maybe going back to the stock bar. You want to achieve balance with the spring rates and use as little bar as possible.

I think it is well worth the price, speed density was the best thing that i have ever done to a mitsu, and its a lot cheaper on an evo then it was on any of my mirages or 1g's

I was hoping you would chime in on the springrates. Thats pretty much what I decided on. I had a 25mm Perrin and it was just too aggressive. In the middle setting it would lift an inside tire all the time. It helped rotate the car but it was too tail happy. Trail braking was rather scary having the back end come around too hard at 100mph+ The Hotchkis I bought is only 10%, 27%, and 47% on its settings and is hollow so its lighter too boot. Figure the middle at 27% is a good starting point. I am with you on little swaybar as possible. Titan has a sale going for $169 on the Hotchkis too.

+1 on the APS, definately the best I have driven on. I have had my stock IX valve on for 1 day and it drives me nuts. Haven't tried the Synapse but heard good things about.
