The FSM is only accurate for a 100% stock car. We have found through extensive testing that the gap should be 0.5mm max (.020"). Misfires occur at gap any wider with the boost as high as we typically run.

EDIT: I should be okay with .020 gap then right? If you dont remember me, I was the guy you tipped you $20 CAD when you did my retune. I came down with Dan and Mikey in mid march all the way from Vancouver (BC). Mods are minor bolt ons (TBE, Intake, walbro 255 and ETS IC pipings +mbc to 25psi).

When I traded it in it was still worth 20 so I didnt whine too much 
Josel, I remember thats why I mentioned about the boost to gap ratio. Yeah .020 is fine, I know someone with a 2.4 and 3586 that is running .020 and doesnt seem to have any problems at 35psi peak tapering to 30psi
