I'm thinking of doing another UFC night. on 3/19. The main event is Rua vs Jon Bones Jones (I got money on Jones if anyone wants it! ). I didn't quite pay for the event last time, so help me out ninjas! If you want in, lemme know!

We're also thinking of doing another poker night 3/18. We're thinking we could have enough for two tables, so are toying with the idea of doing a tournament, with like $10 buy-in, 12 min rounds, and once one table is thinned out we would start a cash game on that table (usual $20 buy-in). The tournament would pay out %'s to the top 1st and 2nd for sure, maybe 3rd, 4th even? You could re-buy for $10, but only up to the 3rd round. If anyone is interested let me know and we'll start the count.

Soooooo I give up! turning my boost down to 20-21 so there is no damn fluttering.
Got anew BOV today and I love it, but it still seems to do the fluttering thing.

Thought for sure the BOV and new spark plugs would fix the flutter @ 24psi. But it can hold 22 or 21 just fine.

It's not flutter, it's surging, and it'll kill your turbo.

Cause: too much boost for the amount of throttle requested. Builds pressure behind the throttle butterfly, creates reversion, tries to spin turbo in opposite direction.

Or I could be wrong.

 

Buy a bigger turbo... problem solved!

what is the solution to that? lowering the boost? Running 24psi on stock 8 turbo @ 301 hp shouldnt be an issue.

Derek, that's not the issue. Mine does what Andrew's talking about sometimes. That's not what your's is doing. I think it's a boost leak.
