Noob alert on the plasma cutter. I need practice yo! It did blast through it like butter. I just need to figure out how to hold the torch so I can see the arc and follow my trace line - as well as support my hand.

Tacked in place.

Beaded up.

Primed and getting some heat.

Fire Engine RED! Notice the gusset on the top I added. The bumper beam still fits, I just cut a little off the end to clear the hook.

Not totally feeling the way this turned out but oh well. If I did it again I'd change the shape of the shield or paint it white.

Adding stuff to the splitter. 3M DP 460 epoxy FTW!!!

Those plasma cutters work great, but are very tricky to use well. I used one on the vertical panels on the canards of my PPIHC car, and ended up spending a good hour or so with a grinder smoothing out all the wavy cuts.

Going to pick up the NT03's at lunch, the BFG R1's are all mounted up. I won't have time to test fit them for a few weeks though - gotta go get my shred on in Tahoe this coming weekend. I've only got 2 available weekends left before I hit the track and still need to wrap up the splitter and brake ducts.
Not to mention finish break-in and get the car tuned. I changed the oil, motor now has 500 miles on it and every still looks A-OK.

The splitter still isn't mounted back on the car yet, I've got more work to do with it.
I ended up cutting my front fenders to make me feel better about the clearance under heavy braking.
Here's how I tested.

Marking the fender lip. I can't believe all these idiots running super low offset wheels that hang-out past the fender and thinking they fit, or look good... those guys would have been like " bro you got tons of clearance".

Taped off and ready to cut.

Doing work son.

---Looking very good..coming along nicely...sorry if I missed, but could you give us some info on the NTO3+m's...size and offset....plus tire size....thnxx
As for the Plasma cutter, get you some Dark goggles, or glasses they will help you see your work better without encountering any halo effect of the too bright plasma.
There is a simple solution to the steadiness issue of the plasma torch. You can use a drag shield such as this so that you can rest your torch on your work piece.

Or you could rig-up a roller guide such as this...

However; your buildup is coming along very well, most impressive.
I'm def subscribed..
