Update time.
After reading Mellon's thread about his injector issue, I decided it was a good idea before making anymore logging pulls to pull my injectors just to be sure everything was ok. My car has been driving fine with no misfiring issues except on startup, it takes an extra second or so to turn over. Luckily I caught this before it was too late!
This is my injector from cylinder 4. It cleaned up very easily and quickly, 3 was slightly worse, 2 was even worse, and 1 was the worst. In all I used 38 q-tips to clean these up. They all cleaned up surprisingly quickly though. I had a bad feeling it was going to be a very gunky thick mess, but it wasnt. I had each injector cleaned in about 5 minutes time.

On last nights logging session, I turned the boost up 1 more psi. Still made awesome power though everything richened up quite a bit from cleaning up my injectors so I've got a revision from Aaron that I need to flash in.
We got a few inches of snow last night after I took the logs but it will be in the 50s and raining her on Monday so Ill be able to get some more logging done next week!

Awesome I hope you make it there man! With Aarons tuning Im sure youll get there. I definitely need to do a boost leak test on my car. I think I may have a small leak and its hurting my top end a little bit haha

A wild update appears...
I plan on getting to the track in the next week or MAYBE even sunday. I yanked out my AC this past weekend with the assistance of a friend. Also picked up this nice little setup from him brand new as he wasnt using it and we threw this in the car as well
Im having a weird wastegate flapper issue, everything was fine until I brakeboosted the car for the first time a few days ago, now I have exhaust coming out of my dump tube at idle and the car is noisy again. The wastegate actuator is preloaded and everything. Ive spoken to Bob at MAP and he told me to pop my o2 housing off and physically check the flapper. I plan on doing that hopefully tomrorow after work.

this is one of the best 2.4lr builds ive come across in my research before i dive into the 4g64 world. come with everything you want to know and what you can expect with an animal build. the engine bay has got to be one of the sexiest ive seen and have now made it to my desktop image.
hurry up and update this ****.
is the responsivness similar to a stock turbo on a 2.0l
subbed.

Thank you very much!
I was actually planning on updating this today. The responsiveness is interesting. Theres definitely a bit more delay in terms of spooling the turbo up at WOT, its really not enough to make me complain, but I have a ton more usable partial throttle power. I can make it up one hill in my town in 4th gear without needing to downshift. My friend with boltons on stock block, turbo and stock cams has to shift into 2nd to get up this hill comfortably, he can do it in 3rd gear but the car doesnt like that much. If we were both in 3rd gear at 4000rpms and we both punched it, he would pop his nose ahead of mine for about 2 seconds and then he falls behind. His car makes around 430whp/420wtq.
I made it to the track the other day with another friend with an Evo (the one I mentioned above actually) and my one friend with a GTO with twin 20G's on it making 570whp.
Long story short, my pressure plate bolts backed out on me and the trans needs to come out now. In the mean time I ordered a heavy duty pressure plate for my triple disc for added insurance (the HR plate holds 880 crank torque vs my standard plates 660 crank torque). The clutch was slipping really badly on my passes due to the pressure plate bolts backing out. I still managed a best pass of 11.4 at 128 with the clutch slipping in all 4 gears, of what I originally thought was tire spin from a cold track, all of my runs were very consistent which is the only thing I was happy with. I knew something was really not right when my 60ft times were all 1.7x on Hoosier QTP's with 15psi in them. There was red loctite on the bolts and they were all torqued to spec, which is why I never imagined it was the clutch. The issue will be fixed this week and I will get back to the track to get some proper times with the car
