Pizzaman and Acree....y'all know what it is. LOL.
khmer the problem is Extreme tuners has nothing but essentially vaporware. There has been a bunch nut swingers for them either from Europe or people looking at the numbers on paper and saying this is awesome but have yet to have ANYTHING substantial put on the street.
I know a local that was going to do a ET bottom end and ended up giving up. Buschur called them on all the hype and nothing produced and a bunch of people started labeling him a hater when he was just showing that ET has not re-invented the wheel like some think they have.
I'm all for new players in this space but don't make outlandish claims, claim to make parts out of space-age material and have nothing to really show for it and not expect members of the forum and other vendors to call you out.
The Vid they showed was impressive (I was def. impressed) until Dave reminded people its been done before.......the term smoke and mirrors applies here.
So the problem with the OP thread is he made one based on said company who has yet to make anything tangible on these shores (Hell does anyone on this site run anything from Extreme Tuners) and has promises of something epic. Months later and we are pretty much where we were when he first started the thread.
I don't think people are getting on the OP as much as just calling ET out for this vaporware. And make no mistake its vaporware until there is some tangible proof their wares exist.
I have no dog in this fight. I'm neither a BR supporter nor a ET hater what am for is (to quote Dave) results, no BS.
Thus far ET has yet to have results..........Just BS.

The black evo video was impressive, and just because there are no parts state side doesn't mean it hasn't been done. I guess since the op is the one to jump the gun he has a lot of pressure being put on him to show results. Really though the attention should be focused on the vendor, and who's to say that their company needs to make money off their evo parts, to me the impression I had was that the owner was doing it as his own hobby. It will be nice to have a build of this caliber in the states, and I sincerely hope it gets completed no matter what the power results or time slips, just as long as the op is happy with the end results.

The thing that I keep thinking, is after all of these pictures of so many different parts, where are all of the cars with these parts installed?

Thats my point. We have people from all over on this forum. have we EVER SEEN A ET equipped car. Just the one in the video.
With all this bad assery you'd swear that there would a battalion of UGR thumpin Evo's on either continent ready to du werke.
And for the record Buschur called them out on their parts and lack of anything substantial and got told he was hating and being a bully so the point has been made on this forum to say something to the vendor. I don't really see them here actively participating anyways.
NorrisDesigns has a bad *** Evo. Their parts are pricey but at least we've seen videos of them with their own Evo.
Does ET even have a Evo to showcase their parts? That would be the easiest way to silence the non-believers.
Show and Prove.

I agree, no Evo has any sort of prayer of being within 20 cars from a 60 roll.
People must be retarded if they think an Evo can hang with a stage 1 R Gallardo. The fastest of Evo's could not even hang with a stage 3 on pump, which is only 1000whp.
Lets be real here, a 1400whp Supra was atleast 7-8 cars back. The Gallardo probably traps in the mid 180s on a good day, the 177mph trap speed UR did was from a year ago. Even the 1600whp Alpha Omega was behind it by atleast a few cars.
People generally know very little about the UGR cars, and have no idea what they're talking about.

I don't even care about a quarter million dollar EVO build...
I want to see a typical EVO setup with a cam change. Or a turbo change. Or a manifold change. Just one part at a time and see if their parts work.
Just based on the types of dynos they are using and the correlation between the claimed HP numbers and a few times that have been mentioned, I think their power figures are about 20%-25% too high for what the cars are actually doing.
That doesn't change the fact they have some pictures of some cool **** though and I'm still interested in what they are doing.

These things for street able cars are nuts. Over the top. But guys don't rule out the 4g63 at a proper drag strip. I would put money on my car doing 60 to 130 faster then any ugr cars and would run them at the track any day. As for the street and top speed they are some of the baddest in the world.
